The BTEC is assessed by a combination of exams, external scenario tasks and coursework complementing the assessment methods commonly used in universities.
Entry requirements
Desirable grade 5 in GCSE PE or BTEC Level 2 Sport at Distinction or grade 55 in Souble Award Science with good practical sporting skills. GCSE English Language/Literature grade 5 and GCSE Mathematics grade 5 desirable.
