Usually you?ll need four or more high grades at GCSE in subjects that are relevant to the course you?d like to study (including Maths and/or English). Alternatively, you?ll need a Level 2 Diploma with overall Merit in a relevant subject and Maths and English at appropriate levels. You will be invited to interview/audition where you will have the opportunity to meet the department and be shown the outstanding facilities at the Performing Arts Centre.

How you will learn

You'll learn through practical workshops, rehearsals, and studio sessions in class. Assessment is a mix of practical performance work and written assignments. You'll build a portfolio over the course of the year. There are no written exams for most units. Your tutors will assess your work through observation, performance, and written evidence.
