Free BTEC Level 3 Music Course in Grimsby. Classes run at Franklin Sixth Form College, full-time during the day. Entry requirements

Level 3 general entry criteria + grade 4 in GCSE Music or BTEC L2 Music Distinction/Distinction* Must play an instrument or sing to a high standard - need to be able to read music to at least ABRSM Grade 3 theory or equivalent

How you will learn

Learning is classroom and studio based, with regular practical performance sessions alongside theory work. Assessment is through a combination of coursework, performance portfolios, and composition projects. There are no traditional written exams for most units. You'll be assessed on your practical performances, recorded compositions, and written analysis tasks throughout the two years.
