Free BTEC Level 3 Media Production Course in Ealing. Classes run at The Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls, full-time during the day. This two-year course covers the knowledge and skills needed for work in the creative media industry, and also prepares you for higher education. You'll need GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above to join, along with basic ICT literacy and evidence of creativity. The course is made up of four units and carries the same weight as one A Level.

Creative Digital Media Production is a refreshing and exciting course designed to provide a specialist work related programme of study that covers the knowledge and skills required to progress successfully in the workplace but also provides a firm basis for higher education. It is comprised of four units and is equivalent to one A- Level qualification.
Entry requirements
GCSE English Grade 4 and Mathematics Grade 4. Students should also have basic literacy with ICT and have evidence of creativity.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based lessons and practical project work. Assessment is unit-based and combines internally assessed assignments with externally assessed tasks set by Pearson Edexcel. Your work is assessed against set criteria across the four units. There are no traditional written exams for all units, but some units include externally set assessments. Your teacher will mark and give feedback on your assignments throughout the course.
