Free BTEC in Health and Social Care in Havering. Classes run at The Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls Sixth Form. This level 3 BTEC in health and social care qualification is a two-year, full-time daytime course. You'll study how health and social care systems work, explore human development, and apply your knowledge to real-life work-related contexts. Entry requires five GCSEs at grade 9-4, including grade 5 in English Language and Maths. The course covers research, independent and group work, and presentations, building a broad set of transferable skills.

How you will learn
Learning is classroom based and combines independent study, group work, research tasks, and presentations. You'll build a portfolio of work alongside sitting written exams, so assessment is spread across the two years rather than concentrated at the end.
