AAT Level 3 Accounting Course in Newham. Classes run at Newham College London East Ham Campus, part-time during the day over 34 weeks. This level 3 aat accounting course is fully funded for eligible learners. If you do not qualify for funding, an Advanced Learner Loan may cover the cost. You will build specialist knowledge in cost accounting, financial reporting, and business communications. The course covers complex accounting tasks and prepares you for roles in accounting and finance, or for further study. You'll need an AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting and five GCSEs at grades 4 to 9, including English and Maths, to apply.
Who this course is for
The accounting programme will provide students with the specialist knowledge and skills required for progressing either to employment in an accounting or finance role or to enable progression to further study in accountancy and finance. You will cover a range of complex accounting tasks, including maintaining cost accounting records and the preparation of reports and returns.
You will also develop business communications and lifelong learning skills, applying what you learn on the course to the wider industry context. This course is assessed through computer-based exams and a synoptic assessment, which draws on and assesses knowledge and understanding from across the qualification.
