How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based sessions at GoLearn! Loughborough. Learning is practical and activity-based, covering communication tasks, computer use, and customer service scenarios. Assessment is ongoing through the activities and tasks you complete during the course, rather than a formal exam at the end.
