Who this course is for

The qualification aims to enable learners with limited existing digital skills to develop the to safely access opportunities presented online to improve their lives. Learners will learn how to develop their practical skills through step-by-step confidence building learning experiences that will act as a springboard to further learning and raised aspirations. This course also prepares for progress to the Level 1 qualification (OCNLR Essential Digital Skills Qualification Level 1) which will give you the IT skills needed to move into administration, office or secretarial work.
