The course runs over 12 weeks, giving you time to build skills at a manageable pace alongside other commitments. You'll explore personal and social development through a range of activities, developing self-awareness, communication, and practical life skills. No formal entry requirements are needed. You'll have an initial assessment so the centre can plan your learning.

All of these courses are suitable for Adults with learning difficulties and disabilities. Courses that help you to progress with, and become more confident with, every aspect of communication including;

What you will learn
You'll develop self-awareness and understanding of your own strengths
You'll practise communication skills in everyday situations

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom-based activities, group work, and practical tasks. Assessment is ongoing and portfolio-based, drawing on work you complete during the course. There are no written exams. Your tutor will support you throughout and track your progress as you go.
