Entry Level 1 ESOL Skills for Life: Writing Course in Tower Hamlets. Classes run at New City College Poplar Campus, full-time during the day. This 12-week course develops your written English skills from the ground up. You'll practise forming letters, writing words and sentences, and communicating simple ideas in writing.
