Entry Level 1 ESOL Skills for Life: Speaking and Listening in Kensington and Chelsea. Classes run at Morley College London Chelsea Campus, part-time during the day. The course runs for 7 weeks and focuses on speaking and listening skills in everyday English. It covers life in the UK and helps you communicate more confidently at work and in daily situations.
Who this course is for
This course is for you: if you want to learn about life in the UK if you want to improve your reading, writing, speaking and listening in English to help you in your everyday life and work In this course, you will develop speaking and listening, reading and writing skills. Each term includes all four skills but focuses on a specific skill for the exam taken in that term. When you pass each skill you will receive a certificate for that particular skill. To achieve the full ESOL Entry Level 1 qualification, you must pass Speaking and Listening Entry Level 1, Reading Entry Level 1 and Writing Entry Level 1.

How you will learn
You'll learn through classroom activities at Morley College London Chelsea Campus, with a focus on speaking and listening. Assessment is by a formal skills test set by City and Guilds. When you pass the speaking and listening assessment, you receive a certificate for that skill. Your initial assessment at the start of the course helps the centre plan your learning at the right level.
