Kaplan's CIMA BA3 course aims to support you in passing your exam and help you to gain the skills you need for a successful career in accountancy. You'll work through a structured study schedule targeted towards an Objective Test (OT). Your tutor will support and guide you through the course and answer any questions you may have.

The BA3 syllabus is split into 4 general areas:
Accounting principles, concepts and regulations (10%) Recording accounting transactions (50%) Preparation of accounts for single entities (30%) Analysis of financial statements (10%)

What you could study next
After completing the Level 4 Diploma in Business Accounting Practice, you can continue through the CIMA qualification framework. The CIMA Management Level builds on BA2 with deeper financial reporting, risk, and decision-making modules. Completing the full CIMA Professional Qualification leads to Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) status, which is widely recognised in finance and accounting careers.
