The Certificate of Higher Education Creative Practice: Ceramics course at Morley College London is a flexible full and part-time programme offering a ceramic and multidisciplinary creative education. It equips students with core ceramic production skills, personal, and professional development through individual and collaborative projects. Over this one-year full-time or two years part-time course of level 4 study, students gain and develop a solid grounding in ceramics, additionally focusing on wider skills of analysis, reflection, research, and digital competencies. Collaborative projects introduce the dynamic nature of the creative industries and build essential capabilities for multidisciplinary work. Throughout the course, students are encouraged to explore, innovate, and apply their ceramics and wider creativity skills to real-world challenges, shaping their ambitions in a supportive, individual and multidisciplinary environment.
Entry requirements
Applicants should have achieved a level 3 qualification with 64 UCAS points in a relevant creative subject, GCSEs, grade 4/C in English (or an equivalent qualification). For non-native English speakers, an IELTS 5.5 is required. We offer places based on your portfolio. All students should be computer literate, with a working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office.
