Who this course is for

This CENWAT Reassessment course tests the competence of existing gas central hearing engineers who have already completed a CENWAT Initial Assessment qualification. The programme ensures that you remain competent to install, exchange, commission, disconnect, service, and repair breakdown of domestic gas fired central heating/hot water boilers and circulators, combination boilers, storage water heaters and instantaneous water heaters of heat input ≤ 70 kW. It also ensures that you receive the latest industry-standard training incorporating any updates since their last training programme. By ensuring you complete your CENWAT ACS Reassessment on time (within 12 months of your previous Assessment expiring), you won't have to interrupt your work schedule to re-register with Gas Safe

Entry requirements

To undertake re-assessment, candidates must complete the course no more than 12 months after the expiry date of their existing CENWAT qualification and must hold a valid CCN1. The re-assessment can, however, be completed up to six months before this expiry date without losing any time on the future expiry date.
