Who this course is for
This course is for you if you have an interest in working in the media industry, perhaps in TV, film, radio or publishing and are thinking of going on to study media related subjects at university. An alternative to A level media, it's broad based, designed to give you an insight into the range of careers available and the opportunity to develop hands on practical skills with software and hardware currently in use in the industry. You can study it alongside other level 3 qualifications such as A levels or other BTEC's.

As a rule you will need to have achieved either a distinction grade at a vocational subject at GCSE or a grade 4 in English Language and Maths for progression onto our vocational subjects.
