About this course

BTEC Level 3 Management Course. Study online at your own pace over 12 months. This Pearson Edexcel level 3 btec management course covers core business knowledge, including the business environment and marketing. You can also choose optional areas such as creative product promotion, developing teams in business, managing a business event, and training in the workplace. You'll need four GCSEs at grades A to C, including English and Maths at least grade D, and you should be in employment relevant to the qualification.

Who this course is for

A one-year business management course, enabling apprentices to develop a common core of knowledge, including the business environment and marketing, and allowing them the opportunity to study in more depth a range of optional areas of their choice, such as:

  • creative product promotion
  • training in the workplace
  • developing teams in business
  • managing a business event

This is a one year Business Management course which provides apprentice with the opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in just one academic year.

The business management pathway is for apprentice who aspire to be business managers.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Maths at least grade D. You should be at least 16 years old and in employment relevant to this qualification.

How you will learn

This is an online course, so you study at times that suit you. Assessment for the Pearson Edexcel BTEC Diploma in Management is through a combination of assignments and portfolio work. You complete units covering the core syllabus and your chosen optional areas, submitting work for assessment as you progress through the course.
