This programme explores society from every angle, covering family, social inequalities, crime, and forensic psychology. The degree develops your critical understanding of human behaviour, social organisation and crime, engaging with topics such as criminology theories, sociological imagination, power, control and resistance. You'll be at the forefront of contemporary social debates, including crime, addiction, and violence against women and girls. Teaching combines theory, research methods and guest lectures.
Entry requirements
Applicants should hold a minimum of 80 UCAS points from A Levels, Level 3 Diplomas, a combination of Level 3 Certificates, or an Access to HE Diploma. Equivalent international qualifications are also considered on a case-by-case basis.
