Who this course is for

This one-year top-up course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills that you will require to become a change agent and leadership figure in the sector. It will provide you with the necessary skills and attributes to gain graduate employment within senior management and leadership roles or progress onto postgraduate study. Entry requirements

There is a mandatory requirement of a minimum of 4 hours a week of paid or voluntary work in an adult health care setting. and social care setting, proof of this place will be required before commencing the programme.
