AAT Level 2 Bookkeeping Course. Study online. This course covers two additional AAT units, Principles of Costing and The Business Environment, and is designed for learners who have already completed the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping. Completing both parts gives you the full AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting. Classes run on Thursday evenings and the course runs over 17 weeks. Concessions are available on the full fee. A solid step for anyone building toward a bookkeeping or accounting role.
Who this course is for
This course is for learners who have already completed one of "Accounting - AAT Certificate Part 1" or "Bookkeeping - AAT Level 2 Certificate" and wish to study two additional units to get a Level 2 Accounting qualification.
What you will learn
You'll study the principles of costing and how businesses manage costs

You'll build on your existing double entry bookkeeping skills
You'll develop knowledge of manual and computerised bookkeeping methods

How you will learn
You'll study online, with classes held on Thursday evenings from 17:30 to 20:30. The course runs over 17 weeks. AAT Level 2 units are assessed by computer-based exams set and marked by AAT. You'll need to pass the assessments for each unit to complete the qualification.

The centre will provide most materials. Poole Adult Learning Centre will confirm anything else you need before you start.
